Fees

Our fees are based upon time, expertise, services provided and inventory consumed. Upon request, we will gladly prepare a written estimate prior to surgery or medical treatment.

Payment in full is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
