Receptionist (part-time)

Gage Animal Hospital is currently in search of a courteous, organized, responsible receptionist with a flexible schedule to work Saturdays and some weekdays, as necessary.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting clients and their pets when they visit the hospital
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Advising clients of payment policies and options
  • Handling of financial transactions via computer and cash register
  • General clerical work
